Loomy Terms of Service

1. Service Use

Loomy is a workplace safety tool, not a medical device. The platform is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Insights are derived from third-party wearable data and are designed to inform shift planning decisions only.

2. Liability

Loomy provides insights into employee fatigue and readiness, but final scheduling decisions remain the responsibility of the employer. Loomy accepts no liability for staffing decisions, operational outcomes, or any consequential loss arising from the use or non-use of insights provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

3. Fees

Loomy is billed monthly in advance and consists of two components:

• £19 / month per site — covers the core Bio-Rota platform for a single venue.
• £5 / month per user — Oura API access fee for each employee with a linked Oura Ring.

Fees are exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Loomy may revise pricing on 30 days' written notice.
